Bayesian网及其在图像分析中的应用研究

本文对Bayesian网的国内外研究现状作了深入的分析,对其构造方法以及变异Bayesian网进行了系统的理论研究。此外,还研究了该网络及其变异模型在图像分析中的应用,包括文本与人脸等目标的检测与定位。全文主要内容如下:1.介绍Bayesian网原理以及常用的推理算法。介绍了Bayesian网常用的消息传递推理算法、子团树传播推理算法以及基于消元的推理算法等,并给出了几种常用推理算法的推理过程。2.通过分析用遗传算法对Bayesian网进行结构学习时存在的缺点,提出了根据混合遗传算法进行结构学习的新方法:在分析Bayesian网等价结构的基础上提出了Rudimentary结构等价性定理,并将该定理应用于对Bayesian网的结构优化中;推导了根据现有数据库和网络结构学习Bayesian网参数表的过程;介绍了由基于模型的诊断系统向Bayesian网转化的方法,拓展了Bayesian网的应用范围。3.通过对几种常见图模型的分析,以及  (本文共137页) 本文目录 | 阅读全文>>
