我是如何当上manager的

很久以前在朋友的签名中看到一句话:但行好事,莫问前程。当时看到这句话就很喜欢。有天老板把我叫到会议室,说以后你来带M吧,他向你汇报,正好我也想给你机会锻炼一下,试试看做manager。我当然很欣喜,同时也很惊讶。因为所在的公司是非常扁平化的,层级相对别的公司来说很少,一般是更资深一点的级别才会开始带人,本来自己的心理预期是再过个两三年才会有机会。没想到这么突然,虽然只是带一个人,薪资也不会有什么变动,但有汇报关系了,就要开始着手接触一些管理的技巧和知识了,这个机会比我预期中要早一些。以前也不是没有带过人,但以前只是带一带新人,作为新人的“伙伴”,两人之间沟通的内容也往往是熟悉工作流程和公司文化等方方面面,而不是直接管理对方的工作,更不需要为对方的工作结果负责。其实心里兴奋的同时,也有疑问,为什么交给我?而不是别人?老板好像看出了我的疑问,和我解释:“本来M觉得不太适应,想走人的,我挽留了一下,想亲自带但确实带不过来。我就问了M,...  (本文共1页) 阅读全文>>
