江苏棉花Verticillium dahliae Kleb.生物学和致病性研究

我国棉花黄萎病发生的种,经张绪振等(1981)鉴定,明确为厂。rhcuhu。da从劝emeb.〔‘〕。生理型的研究在国内外许多单位已经开展[‘,’,‘,‘,‘’〕。由于厂.daM*ae meb寄主植物范围广吓”],在同一寄主植物上致病变异性较大p],加上各地区的地理条件、耕作制度和生态环境的不一,从以抗病品种为主的综合防治棉花黄萎病的角度出发,必然要对本地区的菌系分布及其致病力的分化继续研究。陆家云等(1983)首次报导了南通县有落叶型菌系的存在[‘j。 我们从1982年开始,采集江苏境内各病地分离菌株,进行室内培养条件观察和不同棉花品种致病力分化测定。 方法及过程 供测菌株采自省内主要棉区的病株,经室内分离培养纯化,计95个。分别移植在ZePek液体培养基内,定温下(25t)振荡培养3天,分生抱子浓度为3.9x106个/ml。测定项目:(1)不同温阶的反应。在等量(10ml/皿)PDA平板上,接种 ...  (本文共8页) 阅读全文>>
