中国栽培甘草(Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch.)实生根质量研究

中国甘草(Glycyr从i邵uralc。行Fisch.),是一种常用的中药材,食品及其他工业也广泛应用,并大量出口。过去多采用野生根及根状茎[l]。 甘草根因受生长环境和生育期的影响,其质量也有明显的差异[31。 为了发展甘草药材的生产,保证医药及其他方面的需要,并逐步达到控制、提高其质量的目的,我们在有关部门的协助下,近年来在黑龙江省进行了甘草实生根的栽培试验,经过几年的试验推广,栽培甘草已在一些地区自种自用。但是,栽培的价值和前途,还需取决于其药用的质量。为此,我们主要对一至四年甘草根的质量做了观察和分析。今将有关结果报道如下,以供参考。材料和方法 (一)栽培方法 供播种用的甘草种子,采自黑龙江省泰来县野生植株,圆肾形,略扁,宽2.5一4.5毫米,厚1.5一2.7毫米,棕绿至棕褐色。净度84一86%,千粒重11.30一13.18克,硬实率67一73多,发芽率24一26多。 在哈尔滨地区的自然条件下,于本所药材种植园田间播种培...  (本文共9页) 阅读全文>>
