铂、蛋白质和阳离子表面活性剂纳米微粒的Rayleigh散射光谱研究及应用

第一部分:铂纳米微粒是扫描隧道显微镜纳米探针的重要材料,也是一种很好的催化剂,其催化活性与铂微粒的界面特性紧密相关。因此,研究铂纳米微粒的合成、表征及应用具有重要意义。本论文采用微波高压液相合成法,在3.4×10-3 mol/L柠檬酸三钠-8.0×10-4 mol/L铂(IV)- 0.04 mg/mL聚丙烯酰胺-850W-4min的反应条件下,制备了液相铂纳米粒子,研究了其吸收光谱和Rayleigh散射光谱特性。研究结果表明,铂纳米粒子呈球形,粒径约10 nm ;在紫外可见光400-800nm范围内无吸收峰,随着波长的降低其吸收增大。液相铂纳米粒子在0.5-4.0×10-4 mol?L-1 Pt范围内与A300 nm、 A400 nm、 A450 nm 和 A500 nm 成线性关系,表明Pt纳米微粒的粒径相同;较高浓度的铂纳米粒子稀释后在0.5-8.0×10-4 mol.L-1 Pt范围内与A400 nm和A500 nm 成线  (本文共55页) 本文目录 | 阅读全文>>
