甘草甜素对单纯疱疹病毒性脑炎治疗作用的实验研究

背景和目的: 去年SARS在世界范围内尤其是我国的爆发流行,其带来的巨大灾难引起了人类的极大恐慌,2002年北美经受了最大规模的西尼罗河病毒(WNV)脑炎的爆发流行,以及1998年马来西亚爆发的尼巴病毒(NiV)引起的致命性脑炎等,引起了数千人的死亡,以及大约100万头被感染的动物(猪)被屠杀。这些事例表明必需加强对病毒感染性疾病临床和实验研究,以便预防和及时控制这些疾病的爆发流行,提高社会对突发公共卫生事件的应付能力。单纯疱疹病毒性脑炎(herpes simplex encephalitis,HSE),是成人中最常见的散发性、非流行性病毒性脑炎,据统计资料显示,HSE的年发病率为2~3/10万,自然死亡率为60%~80%,虽经有效的抗病毒治疗,死亡率仍有20%左右,存活者仍有不同程度的后遗症,仅2.5%的患者能完全康复,给社会和家庭造成了极大的负担。随着现代分子生物学技术以及影像技术的迅猛发展,用PCR技术对HSV-1病毒DN  (本文共64页) 本文目录 | 阅读全文>>
