孕酮对子宫内膜腺癌细胞中ERK、CyclinD1蛋白表达的调节作用

前言子宫内膜癌是女性生殖系统最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,占女性恶性肿瘤的20-30%,其发病率近年来呈上升趋势。无孕激素拮抗的雌激素的长期作用是子宫内膜癌发病的高风险因素。孕激素治疗子宫内膜癌已有50多年的历史,随着分子肿瘤学研究的发展,孕激素在体内、外抑制子宫内膜癌的研究已取得了一定的进展,但其作用机制仍不十分清楚。传统的观点认为孕激素与细胞浆和细胞核中的孕激素核受体(genomic progesterone receptor,gPR)结合后调节转录因子活性,通过mRNA合成特异的蛋白质,抑制肿瘤细胞增殖。近年研究表明,孕激素可在多种细胞表面与孕激素膜受体(membrane progesterone receptor,mPR)结合,迅速激活信号转导通路,发挥快速的nongenomic action(本文译为非基因作用)。实验材料与方法1.主要试剂与仪器Ishikawa细胞株;胎牛血清;RPMI1640培养液;孕酮(progester  (本文共40页) 本文目录 | 阅读全文>>

Effect of progesterone combined with chemotherapy on epithelial ovarian cancer
