功能矫形前伸青春期大鼠下颌对翼外肌及颞肌后份Na~+/K~+-ATPase功能状态的影响

安氏Ⅱ类错(牙合)畸形是正畸临床常见的一种错(牙合)畸形,发病率较高,对患者的口腔功能、颜面美观和心理健康有较严重的影响。临床上对于轻中度的骨性Ⅱ类错(牙合)畸形,常在生长发育早期采用功能矫治器进行治疗,利用肌能力引导口颌系统的正常生长发育。面颌部肌肉组织在矫治及疗效维持中起着重要的作用,其中颞肌及翼外肌是参与功能矫形治疗的主要肌肉。肌细胞膜表面的Na~+/K~+-ATPase的含量和活性是决定肌细胞兴奋性和收缩力的重要因素。功能矫形力作用下,肌细胞的结构和收缩特性发生适应性改建;在机械应力作用下,体外培养的面颌肌细胞的应力相关基因表达和蛋白合成增加,这一过程与Na~+/K~+-ATPase的激活密切相关。因此,研究功能矫形治疗对翼外肌及颞肌后份Na~+/K~+-ATPase功能状态的影响,对于阐明功能矫形治疗时矫形力的作用机理和面颌肌适应性改建的分子机制具有重要意义。本研究选用5周龄的青春期SD大鼠,构建功能矫形下颌前伸动物模  (本文共166页) 本文目录 | 阅读全文>>
