实验性哮喘小鼠T淋巴细胞对B淋巴细胞产生特异性IgG的调节作用

目的:探讨小鼠哮喘模型中T淋巴细胞对B淋巴细胞产生特异性IgG(sIgG)的调节作用。方法:雌性Balb/c小鼠40只,随机分成实验组(哮喘组)和对照组,每组各20只,实验组给予腹腔注射鸡卵白蛋白(OVA)6.7 mg.kg-1(第2~4周)及雾化吸入1%OVA,20 min.d-1(第5~6周),对照组注射同等剂量盐水及吸入无菌PBS。断头法处死小鼠,分离小鼠脾脏T、B淋巴细  (本文共4页) 阅读全文>>
