黄瓜属种间杂交新种(Cucumis×hytivus Chen & Kirkbride)的遗传特性、同工酶标记及其分类地位研究

本文以黄瓜属种间杂交新种(Cucumis×hytivus Chen & Kirkbride)、野生种(C.hystrix Chakr)、各种生态型的黄瓜和甜瓜为材料,以同工酶分析技术结合细胞学及分子生物学手段进行了新种的遗传特性、同工酶标记及在黄瓜属的系统分类地位研究。研究结果表明:对新种自交一代各单株的形态学观察发现,自交一代除在节间长和侧枝数上有明显差异外,其它形态学特征基本一致。虽然染色体记数的结果表明所有单株的染色体数目都为38条,但是花粉母细胞的减数分裂行为在单株间的细小差异也被观察到了,这表明各单株间存在较小的二倍化程度的差异。同工酶分析结果显示,新种自交一代在天冬氨酸转氨酶(AAT)、谷氨酸脱氢酶(GDH)、苹果酸酶(ME)、过氧化物酶(POD)4个同工酶系统上的谱型差异较小。自交一代与原生双二倍体在三个层次上表现的遗传差异很小。这些结果均表明新种的遗传特性已具有相对的稳定性。在AAT和POD两个酶系统上,新种的不  (本文共79页) 本文目录 | 阅读全文>>
