水相体系中半导体复合纳米粒子的研究

纳米科学技术(Nano-ST)、信息技术和生物技术并称为现代世界的三大技术,它起步于20世纪80年代末期,是一门新兴的科学技术,所研究的领域是人类过去从未涉及的非宏观、非微观的介观领域,这标志着人类的科学技术进入了一个新时代,即纳米科技时代。以纳米科技为中心的新科技革命必将成为21世纪的主导。纳米复合材料是纳米材料中的一个重要领域,它是由两种或者两种以上物理和化学性质不同的物质在纳米尺寸范围内的复合。由于其复合方式及组分的不同使粒子表现出显著不同的特性,因此可以运用粒子不同的特性进行不同领域的应用研究。目前已引起国内外的广泛关注。二十几年来,国内外对半导体复合纳米粒子的合成方法、性能及应用进行了深入广泛的研究,取得了显著进展,而对CdSe-ZnS及CdSe-CdS两种半导体复合纳米粒子的合成多选用TOPO作为反应的配位剂,且Cd与Se、Zn与S源的前驱体均为有毒、易燃物质,反应温度难以控制,成本费用较高,因此,给合成和测试带来一  (本文共59页) 本文目录 | 阅读全文>>
