On Advertising Translation between English and Chinese

德国学者斯奈尔-霍恩比的著作《翻译研究:综合法》是一本系统地借鉴语言学理论,尝试提出一种适用于各种翻译类型(如文学翻译、普通语言翻译、专业语言翻译)的综合翻译理论的原创性比较强的著作。她倡导翻译研究的综合法,这种方法是以心理学的格式塔理论为其核心,强调整体不等于各部分的总和而是各部分的动态关联,形成一个关系网络。依照这种观点,翻译研究使许多学科为己所用,但并不等于学科之间相叠合区域之总和,亦不依靠其中任何一门学科而存在。作为一门独立的学科,翻译研究需要根据翻译活动的复杂性,而不根据其它领域的模式和其它学科的常规,来发展属于自身的方法(Snell Hornby, 2001:26)。受到综合法的启发,本论文从综合法的角度来对商业文本广告翻译进行探索。斯奈尔-霍恩比充分吸收了语言学里的有益养料,并认为文本不只是单纯的语言现象而且应该被看作更广阔的社会文化背景中的一部分。那么在本文中,对广告文本的文本分析应该首先从确定文本的文化和情景展  (本文共92页) 本文目录 | 阅读全文>>
