强化Streptococcus zooepidemicus H24高产透明质酸的策略研究

透明质酸(Hyaluronic acid or Hyaluronan,简称HA)是一种直链高分子粘多糖,具有独特的“锁水”功能。HA在化妆品、外伤及关节和眼科手术、眼药水等方面有广泛的应用。为了进一步加强Streptococcus zooepidemicus H24发酵生产HA的能力,本研究采用氧化胁迫、增加细胞膜透性、强化细胞营养等技术策略,从微生物生理生化方面探讨了自由基、表面活性剂、营养强化剂在进一步提高兽疫链球菌发酵生产HA的潜能。主要研究结果如下:对Streptococcus zooepidemicus H24的氧化胁迫作用进行了研究。通过实验发现在接种前用0.05μL/mL的NaClO处理种子液,可对菌体产生自发突变的作用,使HA的产量提高21 %;而在发酵4 h时添加0.1 mmol/L H2O2使菌体调动自我保护机制而大量合成荚膜,HA的产量可提高20 %。研究了不同类型表面活性剂对兽疫链球菌Streptococ  (本文共42页) 本文目录 | 阅读全文>>

利用秀丽隐杆线虫模型评估母乳来源细菌Streptococcus salivarius F286和S.parasanguinis F278对宿主健康的影响
